What's the difference between an enclosed carrier and an open carrier?

An enclosed carrier means your vehicle will be in a box like enclosure that completely surrounds your vehicle and protects it from weather, road debris, and other items. The enclosed carriers typical cost more but maintains the condition of your vehicle. 


An open carrier is what we typically use in the transportation business. It would be exposed to the same elements as if you were driving. The plus side it is a lot cheaper and we move a ton of cars on open carriers. 

How long will it take to move my car?

The delivery of your vehicle will vary. It depends on the miles it has to travel, the weather, mechanical issues, traffic, and now covid. We always want your vehicles to arrive in the shortest amount of time possible, but we also have to ensure the health and safety of our drivers. 

Can I leave items in my car?

Due to insurance and the weight requirements for our drivers, we do not allow any goods in the vehicles while being moved. We or the carriers are liable for anything lost or damaged in the vehicle. ***(you can keep your vehicle registration) ***

Do I need to remove toll tags?

Yes, please remove toll tags and other personal items such as garage door remotes, cds, loose change ect.

I received my email with documents, now what?

Please read over the documents and make sure the information is correct. If it's correct, then send us a confirmation email saying you have read and understand the documents. If information is incorrect, please send back an email with the corrected information.

Will the driver be calling me or KATS?

The driver will be calling you directly. This is to ensure that you and the carrier have immediate communication of when and where your vehicle will be picked up and delivered.

How do I pay?

Do not pay the driver on site. We will send you a secure link to pay your invoice.
